Carving Selections
These meats will be carved to order at your attended buffet or we will present them sliced, plattered, and garnished for your self-service convenience. Each is served with fresh baked assorted sliced mini rolls and unique sauce for making delicious buffet sandwiches.

Baked Virginia Ham Glazed or baked in a decorated rye bread crust, served with apricot-dijon sauce 

Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Tender, juicy and boneless, lightly seasoned white meat, complemented with cranberry or rosemary sage mayonnaise 

Szechwan Spice Roasted Pork Loin Accompanied by sesame ginger mayonnaise or hoisin sauce 

Top Round of Beef Slow roasted, herb-seasoned choice top round with horseradish chive sauce 

Pasta Action Station
Selection of 3 pastas and 3 sauces, tossed and cooked to order, with toppings of: Roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts, scallions, black and green olives, red and green peppers, mushrooms garlic, fresh basil, and fresh grated Parmesan cheese
