It’s maddening to walk around acres of space to locate someone to turn down the temperature, get you a working marker, or solve a problem. When you visit the West Chester Conference Center, you’ll see that our conference personnel are literally less than 30 steps from any of our rooms.
We purposely located the on-site office in a glassed room within earshot of any of our meeting spaces. Our conference personnel aren’t hiding—they are in plain sight! Because of how well we prepare for your visit in advance, it is our goal that you rarely will find a need to call upon our conference professional. They will greet you upon arrival and continue to work in the background throughout your event to make sure your meeting is a success. If a change is necessary, or you need additional services, like unexpected copying, our staff is accessible, literally within 1-2 minutes.
