| At West Chester Conference Center, we have systems in place that will promise you the room will be arranged exactly as you requested. We do this by sending you a diagram of your set-up via fax or e-mail, about 10 days before the meeting. Whether you need theater seating, classroom, a horseshoe arrangement, or a completely different set-up, we accommodate your requests.
Our five separate rooms can host small groups or can be configured for larger meetings--up to a maximum of 320 attendees. Our conference-savvy personnel will suggest set-ups to provide the best, most productive outcomes for you.
Leave the arrangement of food and equipment up to us!

Unlike many hotels, our facility provides free high-speed Internet access in all of our meeting rooms at no extra charge. Our equipment partner, Prestige Audio Visual, rents screens, easels, projectors, and state-of-the-art equipment at competitive prices. The best part? You don’t have to arrange anything. We do it all for you!
Our food partner, Chef’s Choice, is highly regarded for quality and selection. Whether you need a meal, snacks, or specific dietary requests, we arrange all food and make sure it arrives on time, ready when you are. It will be artfully displayed and abundant.

| Every room in our facility has locally controlled lighting—and all are on rheostats, which means you are in control to adjust the lighting infinitely. It will never be too light or too dark unless that is your preference. Temperature controls are the same—individually controlled for each room by you. Your attendees won’t be reaching for a blanket or falling asleep because of a room that is too cold or too hot.
The West Chester Conference Center is only two years old, and is decorated with neutral colors that keep attendees awake. Unlike many conference facilities with dark carpets and dark walls, our airy facility tends to breed a feeling of alertness. We invite you to come for a tour and experience this for yourself!
